| The Client's Vision Realized by their Design |
The consultants from The Advantage Consulting Group work one-on-one with front-line management staff to ensure the visions of executive management are realized. We are able to accomplish this by empowering our clients through cooperative participation in the creation, design and implementation of solutions and systems.

| The Five Phases of Our Approach |
The Advantage Consulting Group ensures that our client's visions and strategies are realized by using a diverse and unique set of tools which are exclusively adapted at each client site to meet the client requirements. Every engagement and experience is unique to the client's needs and their creation of a custom designed system to remedy their business challenges.
Phase 1: Discovery We start by conducting a discovery meeting which enables us to fully understand what our client's perception of their issues are, as well as allowing us to present our philosophy and techniques.
Phase 2: Analysis A targeted and time efficient analysis period is proposed to our clients during which time we are able to assess the current business processes, organization and culture. At the conclusion of the study, we create a project proposal and present the potential results with a schedule to perform the proposed project. Phase 3: Design and Creation A team of consultants is selected based upon our client's requirements. The consultants work on-site directly with the client at their location. This establishes one of the cornerstone principles of our philosophy -- working on the front-lines, one-on-one with the supervisors. This ensures that actual day to day business practices are impacted and that the staff has hands-on input to the design changes to the business process, organization and culture of their teams. The value we place on front-line implementation separates us from other consulting firms.
Phase 4: Implementation and Documentation Any modification to business process, organization or culture is proposed and then implemented by a team consisting of our client's staff and an Advantage Group consultant as the facilitator. Every consultant at The Advantage Consulting Group is trained to ask themselves this question before they implement change: "If I were invited to be a permanent employee of this team, would I be able to say I believe in this business practice?" We lead and facilitate change by example and experience.
Phase 5: Presentation Front-line supervisors present to executive and senior management the changes they have designed, created and implemented on their teams. It is not unusual to find everyone celebrating a business victory at a presentation meeting. Our client's satisfaction typically assures us follow-up and maintenance engagements, as well as enthusiastic referrals.
