| An Analysis is scheduled once ACG and the prospective client agree upon areas of need and issues to be reviewed. An Analysis period is also agreed upon, depending upon the scope of the prospective client’s requirements. An Analysis may include whatever items are preset by the prospective client and ACG and often include:
1) Detailed process analysis of selected areas
2) Analysis of current organization structure
3) Survey of current internal and external customer requirements
4) Evaluation of employee engagement parameters
5) Presentation of AGC findings to Executive level management with proposal for a project or a series of workshops
