| The Diamond Delivery System is utilized by The Advantage Consulting Group for cultural change design projects. We often recommend that we use this system before employing any of our other systems because it identifies how a front-line management team currently functions. This system identifies whether there needs to be any modification to the team's function to ensure the successful implementation of our other programs.
The Diamond Delivery System is uniquely designed and implemented in three phases over a period of 12 weeks, conducted in a group workshop format. The group focuses on the four Cs of The Diamond Delivery System: Continuity, Consistency, Credibility and Confidence. These four Cs and their relationship to how the team members interact and respond to one another and their customers is the foundation of the 12 week agenda for the program. The Advantage Consulting Group facilitator does not work one on one with any individual in the group but does conduct role playing with group workshop members as part of the 12 week program.
